Ron L. GreenbergPresident & Managing Partner
With 25 years in the eye care industry, Mr. Greenberg has been part of every major launch from Small Incision Surgery to RK/LASIK/Premium Channel IOLs and more. As part of the surgical division for Allergan Inc., Ron held various positions in sales, sales management, marketing and overseeing operations for Surgical, Pharmaceuticals, Optical and Botox.... From this wealth of experience, Mr. Greenberg began his own eye care organization and founded Patientfinance.com, which was an early consumer lending organization which was ultimately sold to General Electric and Care Credit. Providing value added services has been part of the fabric for Mr. Greenberg throughout his quarter of a century in the eye care industry and why after he sold Patientfinance.com, he started MedFocus Capital Partners, Inc., an organization founded on the premise of bringing non reimbursed clinical services into a practice setting that expanded patient care while increasing practice revenues. It was during the development of MedFocus services that Mr. Greenberg realized the value of offering Sensory Wellness or Hearing Services in the eye care industry and formed EyeCanHear, LLC with his partner, Sean O’Donnell. Ron has been and continues to be happily married with two wonderful daughters. His hobbies include making his family smile, maintaining a happy household to ensure a happy Mama and when not working trying to hit a silly little white ball for 4 hours without losing it or his patience.MoreLess
Sean O’DonnellManaging Partner
Sean O’Donnell, Co-founder and Managing Partner of EyeCanHear, LLC, has 20 years of experience in ophthalmology sales and marketing. Sean has honed his skills and knowledge through the years with well-known ophthalmology companies such as Chiron Vision (now Alcon), Summit/Autonomous Lasers (also now Alcon), and by owning and operating his own refractive surgery center in the Los Angeles area, the most competitive refractive surgery market in the country.... While in Los Angeles, Sean created and developed a cooperative marketing resource for refractive surgeons, utilizing extensive television and radio advertising venues throughout the LA media market. The entrepreneurial spirit has never left Sean as he moved on to his next venture by creating Laser Locators, LLC/NuVision Medical, located in Tampa, Florida. Now in its 7th year, Laser Locators/NuVision Medical is successfully serving thousands of doctors worldwide by offering excimer lasers and high-end new and refurbished ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment. Sean is thrilled to be a part of EyeCanHear and looks forward to this exciting new chapter in his life. Having the opportunity to help doctors expand their scope of business is an important value-added addition to any ophthalmology practice by bringing a great service to patients while increasing revenues for the practice. Ken joined forces with Ron Greenberg in 2004 with the genesis of MedFocus Capital Partners, Inc as Head of Operations. Ken has held executive level positions in the Service Industry as Head of Operations and IT for several well-known National Chains. ... Ken is a founding member of EyeCanHear, LLC, has been responsible for all Operational and Administrative expansion of the EyeCanHear Brand. Ken hails from Colorado Springs, Colorado (Go Broncos) and is a Graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder, CO. Ken’s home is Sarasota, Florida along with his “FIVE” count’em…children. Warren J. LusterNational Sales Director
Warren comes to us with extensive knowledge and an impressive track-record in Ophthalmology practice development consulting, and practice & industry-trade marketing. He has served as Director of Business Development for Cataract & Refractive Surgery at Bausch & Lomb. ... Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Mr. Luster worked in partnership with Alcon Surgical as Independent Director of Practice Development, where he visited, consulted at and lectured to hundreds of practices in the US, South America and Europe. Though Warren jokes about the frequent flyer mileage contributing to his premature grey hair, he reflects on that time as instrumental for developing his unique understanding of the various challenges facing practices today. He credits the experience as an invaluable “global think tank” to develop fact-based strategies for practices to survive and prosper. He has earned an exceptional reputation in the industry for understanding the details important to, and methodology for change that helps Ophthalmology practices achieve success and expand successfully into new verticals. During his career, Warren has provided extensive practice development consulting to both Summit Technology, as well as Wavelight, Inc. He has authored several articles over the last decade for all of the major Ophthalmic Publications. Warren and his lovely wife Lisa live in the Southeastern US and are the proud parents of a spirited toddler named Max, who keeps them on their toes, and is the source of tremendous daily satisfaction. Lisa also comes from the ophthalmology field, having worked for 11 years as a COA and Surgical Nurse for a large, combined Ophthalmology, ENT & Audiology practice in Los Angeles. When Warren finds the time, his true passion is sailing. In addition to establishing a successful career, he holds a US Coast Guard Masters License and has thousands of blue water sailing miles under his belt. We are pleased to welcome Warren onboard. Rhonda TiptonVice President, Practice and Partner Integration
Rhonda joined EyeCanHear in March of 2010. Rhonda’s ophthalmology experience focused on marketing, sales and operations and practice expansion initiatives. She built refractive outreach/sales teams, has owned/managed a chain of optical shops and created and implemented aesthetic services offerings in ophthalmology settings.... Additionally, Rhonda served as Vice President, Marketing for Bergen Brunswig Drug Company (Fortune 50), Director of Marketing and Consulting Services, Olympus America and held numerous positions in Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Marketing Research and New Business Development for Abbott Laboratories (Fortune 100), American Cyanamid (Fortune 500) and Burke Marketing Research Company. Kristen Meister is our Practice Integration & Business Development Manager. With over 11 years in the ophthalmology industry, she started in the eye industry with a focus in Lasik. Kristen quickly gained experience and then joined a large practice as their Marketing Director and OD liaison.... Prior to working with EyeCanHear one year ago, Kristen worked with other ophthalmology practices on improving their internal processes and efficiencies. With Kristen’s background, she knows firsthand what works inside a practice. Kristen has a B.A. degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education. She is married and has one very busy two year old. She loves being outside and enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and running around chasing her crazy kid. MoreLess
Brooke Lee BentleyPractice Integration Manager
Brooke joined EyeCanHear in March of 2011. Brooke’s ophthalmology experience focused on marketing and advertising for Pharmacia & Upjohn Ophthalmic Division. She worked on the launch campaign for Xalatan®, a glaucoma drug, as well as the marketing of Pharmacia & Upjohn’s cataract lenses.... Additionally, Brooke served as Communications Manager for Bergen Brunswig Drug Company (Fortune 50), Senior Marketing Manager for Group Publishing, and Marketing Analyst for City of Fort Collins, CO. Brooke has worked in several advertising agencies in Southern California, with experience that runs the gamut from fast food to high tech. Brooke has a B.A. degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton and M.B.A. coursework at Pepperdine University. Nancy Ware is our Marketing & Communications Manager. Nancy has worked for EyeCanHear since its inception in 2009 and has been a part of MedFocus Capital Partners since 2005. She has degrees from both the Fashion Institute of Technology (New York, NY) and Flagler College (St Augustine, FL).... Nancy has over 10 years experience in the ophthalmic space and began her career working for a technology based eyewear company where she managed accounts as well as worked on much of the product development of new eyewear lines. She also traveled to practices to teach them how to properly choose and fit frames for their patients. She brings to EyeCanHear her tactical sense of color and exceptional organizational and prioritization skills effectively managing not only our corporate marketing initiatives but our practice marketing efforts as well. Nancy was born and raised in Massapequa, NY and now calls Melbourne, FL home. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her son and she thoroughly enjoys shopping for clothes and shoes and going to the beach. MoreLess

Lauren Levine has been in the vision industry for over 20 years. She started with Allergan Medical Optics as a surgical sales representative in 1989 covering the Connecticut and Western Florida Territories focusing on selling phaco equipment and lens implants. ... She also spent a considerable amount of time during her tenure participating in educational programs nationwide helping doctors to transition to phaco and learn the art of refractive surgery. After a brief time working for a J&J company selling breast biopsy devices she returned to the eye industry where she took on the roll as Chief Operating Officer for a medical equipment company. While there she was responsible for developing a service program for National Vision (the optical shops in Wal-Mart) as well as numerous initiatives in the areas of operations, marketing and sales. Jenifer Shaner joined EyeCanHear and MedFocus Capital Partners in 2010. She has 15 years of administrative experience ranging from medical to real estate to software and now we are lucky enough to have her on board with us. Jenifer is extremely organized and keeps our office running business as usual, assisting with operations and logistics.... Her vast knowledge of software has been instrumental in software implementation, training and data management. Jenifer is originally from Fair Haven, New Jersey and moved to Sarasota FL back in 1998 after her family migrated down here from many years of vacationing in the area and falling in love with it.
